Paid too much
If you've paid more than you were supposed to for a claim, you can get your money back or it can be used to cover other claims you have with us.
If you've paid more than you were supposed to for a claim from us, for example, a ticket, your student loan, compensation claims or fees, we'll:
- either pay you back what you overpaid
- or use the money to cover other unpaid claims with the Norwegian National Collection Agency (SI) – if so, you'll be notified in advance
Usually, we'll quickly discover that you paid too much. If you have not received the refund within a week, you can contact us.
