Inform us if you change employers and if the benefit type changes
Contact us if you have a new employer or your type of benefit from NAV has changed. If you do not let us know, you can risk that the period with deductions from your salary will be longer and you may increase your amount of debt.
Employers are obliged to inform us when you leave their employment, but we find that some employers are late in doing so. This affects the payment of your claim and may extend the period with deductions from your salary, and your debt can increase. If you let us know, you can avoid this.
