Deferring the payment

You may be granted up to 2 months deferment. 

You will not be granted a payment deferral if: 

• you have more than one unpaid claim from us 
• the deadline in the notification of enforced collection has passed
• you're under 18 years of age 

If the payment is for you personally and you have several unpaid claims, you must log in to My page to apply for a payment deferral.
