Payment agreements

If you’re unable to pay the full amount right now, you can apply for a payment agreement.
The deduction from your income is too high

You can apply to have the deduction changed. We'll process the application and consider the new information you're providing proof of.
Serving a sentence for non-payment of a fine

You risk having to serve a sentence if you do not pay your fine.
Apply for a debt settlement scheme

If you have serious debt problems, you can apply for the debt settlement scheme.
Appeals

You can appeal the case processing and our decisions that apply to you.
