Power of attorney
You can grant a power of attorney to someone else in connection with cases handled by the Norwegian National Collection Agency (SI).
You can grant a power of attorney to someone else to:
- give and receive information about you
- negotiate and enter into agreements on your behalf
- represent you in a legal capacity

The power of attorney must:
- clearly state to whom you’re granting it
- describe what it applies to and whether there are any limitations
- state its duration
- be signed by you
