Deferring or splitting the claim into instalments
If your enterprise has received a claim from us and cannot pay it all now, you may be granted a payment agreement.
You can apply to defer the payment or pay in instalments.
This applies to, amongst others, penalties for late filing, fees to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, case costs, enforcement fines, non-compliance fees, stamp duty, annual fees and more.
You can split the claim into six instalments.
Contact us if the enterprise:
- has more than one claim from us
- has defaulted on the claim that you want to split into instalments
- wants a longer payment period than six months or pay less than NOK 500 per month

If you use email, you must:
- state the reference number to the case in the subject field and sign off the email with your name and organisation number
- not include sensitive or private information in the email
Remember to provide proof
You must attach a copy of your most recently approved accounts.
You may be granted up to two months deferment.
