Being refunded deducted amounts

If you deducted too much from the employee's salary and transferred this amount to us, please let us know so that we can settle this with the employee.

How to apply for a refund

If you for any reason have not made a deduction from the employee's salary, but you have paid an amount for a deduction from a salary to us, you must apply for a refund.  

Submit an application with the following information:

• what the application is about 
• the incorrectly paid amount (copy of voucher) 
• the name and reference number of the person in question
• the employee’s payslip(s) for the relevant month(s)
• an account number for any refunds
